religious institutions. We do not accept orders outside of the U.S. or Canada.

Once you're ready to place your order, a formal
proposal will be issued to you via fax and/or e-mail. Once we receive
a copy of your signed acceptance of our proposal, together with
payment in full (see payment methods below), your order will be
processed and shipped immediately.
For government, educational, or approved corporate
customers, an original copy of a purchase order may be required
prior to processing and shipping of your order. All purchase orders
are subject to credit approval prior to shipment. Payment terms
for government, educational, or approved corporate customers are
Net 30 days.
Projectors Hawaii currently accepts payment using Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB credit cards, commercial or government purchase
cards, cashier or company checks, money orders, or wire transfer.
Projectors Hawaii currently provides FREE shipping via FedEx or
UPS to anywhere in the continental U.S. for most projectors we sell.
Most products are drop-shipped the same day from
our distributors across the continental United States. If your order
is received Monday-Friday by 8AM (HST) your order will be shipped
the same day. Orders are not generally shipped on weekends or holidays.
We will notify you immediately if the item you ordered is on backorder.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Projectors Hawaii strives to use reliable and
reputable carriers, but occasionally shipping damage may occur.
Resolving the problem of transit damage or loss depends on the cooperation
of all parties. All shipping damage claims must be made against
the common carrier; therefore, it is imperative that you follow
these guidelines:
1.) Inspect all shipments upon arrival. If damage
or loss is evident upon delivery, do not accept the shipment until
you make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carrier's
bill of lading and have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge
the notation. Do not sign a "free and clear" receipt for
damaged or missing cartons or there will be no basis for a claim.
Ask the carrier to make a detailed inspection of the damage, then
follow up by filing a claim with the carrier.
2.) Even if damages are acknowledged in writing
by the driver, you must request an inspection by the carrier and
retain the merchandise, carton, and package materials at the address
to which shipment was made until the carrier authorizes movement.
The carrier must provide you with an inspection report. In case
of concealed damage, inspection must be requested within 24 hours
of receipt of shipment.
3.) Immediately advise Projectors Hawaii of all
damages or problems. DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE TO PROJECTORS HAWAII.
File your claim with the carrier, enclosing copies of the bill of
lading (signed by the driver) and inspection report as support.
Keep all packing materials and boxes with the damaged product. Do
not throw anything away. Although Projectors Hawaii will provide
every assistance possible, we cannot be responsible for the actual
filing of claims on the carrier or accept liability for uncollectible
freight claims.
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase within seven (7) days
of receipt of your order, you can return your product for a full
refund, less a 15% restocking fee. We require that you return the
item to us via insured 2nd day air courier, together with the original
packaging, documentation, blank warranty card, manual and accessories.
Freight charges are not refundable. No return will be accepted and
no refund made on any product after the seven (7) day return period.
If your product is found to be defective within
30 days after receipt of the product, we will exchange it for the
same make and model, or for a unit comparable in price and features.
After 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer according to the
product warranty.
Repairs and servicing for most products are handled
directly through the respective manufacturer. Many manufacturers
now provide full, two- or three-year warranties which include parts
and labor. Some of them even provide a replacement projector shipped
overnight to you on the next business day while yours goes in for
servicing!

Please note that all returned items must be in
new and resalable condition and meet the following criteria:
The product box must not have any writing on it, otherwise it
may be refused.
The lamp shall not have more than four (4) hours of usage, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply.
The returned product shall not be damaged, have missing items,
or exhibit excessive wear and tear, otherwise a 20% restocking
fee may apply.
The product must be returned in the original shipping carton
with all original packing material.
All accessories shall be returned in their original wrapping
and/or packing material. If there are missing items, the actual
replacement cost will be deducted from your refund/credit.
All manuals, warranty information and instructions shall be
returned in resalable condition. If there are any missing items,
the actual replacement cost will be deducted from your refund/credit.
